Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional time; any extended timeline will be noted on the product page or confirmed with you directly.

Shipping Destinations & Times

We currently ship across the United States.

Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days. That is 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order, then 3–5 business days in transit, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the United States is a flat $10.

Orders of $150 or more ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you have not received tracking within a few days of ordering, please contact us.

Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, peak seasons, or events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help if your order is delayed.
